Mysterious Animal Killed After Terrorizing Omoro Sub-County

Residents of Omoro Sub-County in Alebtong District have captured and slaughtered a mysterious animal that had been preying on their livestock. The creature, which had reportedly been attacking sheep and other domestic animals, was killed and its meat shared among the locals.
According to Isaac Apenyo, the LC3 chairperson of Omoro, the animal had been a menace in the parishes of Baya and Omarari, where it frequently hunted sheep. In addition to livestock losses, the creature allegedly attacked a woman, Betty Ajur, leaving her unconscious.
Authorities are yet to determine the exact nature of the animal, as its identity remains a mystery.
